All about.....Magnesium
Magnesium is a mineral, found in a variety of foods, that supports our bodies in a number of different ways. Being responsible for over 300 bodily processes, this remarkable mineral is absolutely vital for our health and wellbeing.
As more and more research is done on this exciting mineral, magnesium has become increasingly popular. From bone health, to better sleep, to mental health - magnesium plays a key role in all of them.
At Grampian Health Store, we’ve expanded our magnesium range substantially in recent years – from tablets, capsules and powders to sprays, body butters and bath salts!
Magnesium is absorbed very well transdermally (through the skin) and some innovative companies have developed magnesium sprays as well as body butters and body lotion which can simply be applied to the skin.
