Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery FAQ's
-
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and we'll dispatch it the same day.
Almost all our orders (99%) are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Service which aims to deliver your order to you the very next day (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
You will be sent tracking information so you can keep track of your order or make changes to your scheduled delivery if required.
-
Which delivery methods do you use?
We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour. Occasionally, if an order is too heavy for Royal Mail, we use DPD or Parcelforce. Contact us if your order if you need a more specific timescale on a heavier order.
We also deliver some local orders personally if you select the 'Home Delivery' option at checkout.
-
Do you offer same-day delivery?
That is a great question! And yes, we do offer a same-day delivery service if you live locally. This is a complimentary service on orders over £75. A £7.50 charge will be applied to orders below this threshold. If your postcode falls within the prefix AB10-AB25 or AB32, we aim to offer a same-day service from Monday to Saturday. There are occasions when we might have to deliver your order the next day. Give us a call or drop us an e-mail if you require a specific delivery date or time.
Please note we will not be undertaking Local Home Deliveries on December 25th & 26th and January 1st & 2nd.
Due to staff shortages between Christmas and New Year, we will have a limited delivery capability.
We ask you to contact us if you require a specific day for your Local Home Delivery during these times.
Thank you for your understanding.
-
Can I change my delivery day or time?
For Home Delivery - just e-mail or call us and we'll work with you to rearrange a more convenient time wherever possible. For Royal Mail orders, after we dispatch your order, you will receive a text or e-mail with tracking information. You can rearrange delivery from here.

-
How much does it cost?
There are two options for adult tests: Test 1: Covers 81 food items & 31 vitamin and mineral deficiencies - £65.00 Test 2: Covers 81 food items & 31 vitamin and mineral deficiencies & 28 E numbers - £75.00.

-
Is food testing suitable for pregnant women & children?
Food sensitivity testing is not advisable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Pregnancy hormone levels can affect the accuracy of test results, therefore we advise waiting for a period of 12 months after pregnancy and around 3-6 months after cessation of breastfeeding before having a food sensitivity test carried out.
Children over 5 years old can be tested - please be aware the test involves sitting quite still for over 1 hour which can be quite challenging for some children!
If you suspect this might be troublesome for your child, we advise you to wait until they're a little older and less restless.
-
Can I speak to someone on the phone?
Of course. Call us on 01224 590886. We are open Monday-Saturday 0930-530pm. Leave a message or drop us an e-mail with your phone number and we'll call you back when we can.
