How to use Rapeseed Oil?
Rapeseed oil has a much more subtle flavour than stronger oils such as olive oil. In cold dishes it adds a slight nuttiness making it ideal to add to salad dressings, dipping sauces, marinated vegetables and hummus. It can also be used to make flapjacks, crostini or drizzled onto soups or guacamole.

Also known as canola oil, rapeseed oil is made from the seed of the colza plant. Rapeseed oil has an excellent nutritional profile containing omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids, as well as being a rich source of vitamin E. Low in saturated fat, rapeseed oil is thought to be one of the healthiest culinary oils available.
Rapeseed oil has 6 times more Omega 3 fatty acids than Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as providing more vitamin E.
