Fresh and minty, Balance Spearmint Essential Oil has a softer, gentler aroma than Peppermint. Traditionally used in aromatherapy for digestive comfort, mental clarity and an uplifting boost, Spearmint is a refreshing and versatile oil to have at home.

Spearmint is traditionally used in aromatherapy for digestion, particularly when you’re feeling bloated, uncomfortable or overly full. Its fresh scent can also be useful when you’re feeling queasy or unsettled.
Its clean, uplifting aroma makes Spearmint a good choice when you’re feeling mentally tired or struggling to concentrate. It has the freshness you’d expect from a mint oil but without the intense menthol character of Peppermint.
Spearmint also works well in massage blends, particularly when combined with other fresh or uplifting oils.
It blends particularly well with lemon, lime and Sweet Orange, as well as lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus and Peppermint.
