Zesty and wonderfully uplifting, Balance Grapefruit Essential Oil has a bright citrus aroma that’s perfect when you need a little pick-me-up. Traditionally used in aromatherapy for its energising and mood-lifting qualities, Grapefruit is a lovely oil for mornings, busy days or whenever you’re feeling tired and sluggish.

Grapefruit has a wonderfully cheerful fragrance and is often used in aromatherapy when you’re feeling low in energy, mentally tired or in need of a boost. Its fresh, fruity scent is particularly nice to diffuse in the morning or during the day when you want to create a brighter, more uplifting atmosphere.
It’s also traditionally used in body and massage blends, particularly those aimed at areas of cellulite and fluid retention. Its fresh aroma makes it a popular addition to invigorating massage oils and body treatments.
