Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service.
Tracking details will be sent via text or e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

- After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
- Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you
Our store will be closed December 25th and 26th, and January 1st and 2nd. Collect in-store orders will not be available to be collected until our next working day. Additionally, orders can be collected until 4pm on December 24th and the 31st but there will be no colections after these times.
Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
There may be instances where your chosen items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
