How to use Bodytox Lavender patches:
Bodytox Patches should be left on for between 5 and 12 hours normally during sleep time. A new one should be applied the next time you go to bed.
Before going to bed simply remove the outer packaging and place the Lavender Sleep Patches horizontally across the soles of each foot, pressing firmly to secure them. Using the reflexology chart, determine which areas of the body you would like to target. Ingredients:
