How to use Bodytox Detox Foot Patches:
Bedore going to bed simply remove the outer packaging and than place the patch across the sole pressing firmly to secure it.
There are three zones the patches can be applied to: the heel, the arch or the ball of the foot (please refer to the guide on the box). In the morning romove the patch and despose of it. New patches are applied the next time you go to bed.
