Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service.

Tracking details will be sent via text or email when your order is dispatched.

Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday), excluding bank holidays.

Orders under £50 value incur a £5.50 delivery charge.

Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service, but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

• Add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
• Under the delivery options, select 'Collect In Store - Free'.
• After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
• Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you

Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)

There may be instances where your chosen items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
