How to use Matcha Tea:
Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha in a cup, pour hot (not boiling) water over it and whisk. It's as easy as that.
You can also add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder to fruit juice, green smoothies or milk or yoghurt and then giving a good whisk.

Golden Greens Organic Japanese Ceremonial Matcha Tea Powder is produced from carefully selected young tea leaves grown in Uji, Japan, one of the country's most renowned tea-growing regions. Before harvest, the plants are shaded for around two weeks, encouraging their naturally vibrant green colour before the leaves are carefully stone-ground into a fine powder.
Ceremonial grade matcha is produced from the youngest tea leaves, giving it a naturally smooth flavour, vibrant green colour and delicate finish. Naturally containing catechins, including EGCG, matcha can be prepared traditionally with hot water or enjoyed in lattes, smoothies and a variety of recipes.
