Description
Viridians Betaine HCl with Gentian root is a naturally balanced formula which combines Betaine HCl with Gentian root. Each capsule provides 650mg of Betaine Hydrochloride alongside 50mg of Gentian root. Take 1-3 capsules daily before food.

Who shouldn't take Betaine HCL?
People who do not have confirmed low-stomach acid should avoid taking supplements containing betaine hcl. People taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, cortisone-like drugs, or other medications that might cause a peptic ulcer should not take betaine HCl. Those with a history of peptic ulcers, gastritis, or gastrointestinal symptoms - particularly heartburn should not take supplements containing betaine HCL.
