Royal Mail

• Free Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour Delivery on orders over £35 to mainland UK shipping addresses.
• Order before 3 pm Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch (excluding local/public holiday periods)

This is an excellent, fully trackable service which aims to deliver your items within 24 hours ( Monday - Friday dispatch only).
N.B this is not a guarantee of next day delivery although Royal Mail usually does fulfil this in the vast majority of our deliveries.

Orders under £35 will incur a charge of £4.50 to cover postage, packing and shipping charges.
Heavier orders may be sent using Parcelforce, FedEx or DPD and may take slightly longer.
On rare occasions, second-class post or alternative courier methods may be used. We strive for excellent service and fast delivery times.
Occasionally this is not possible but we will keep in touch with you regarding any delays to your order where appropriate.

Please note:

We are currently unable to ship chilled or frozen items. These items are available for Collect in Store or Local Home Delivery (restricted postcodes - see below)

If you have added Chilled & Frozen products from the Food & Drinks Category and do not reside in any of the listed postcodes the 'Collect InStore' will be the only option available at checkout.

Local Home Delivery

Our Home Delivery is currently suspended. We still offer UK wide Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, or our express 1 Hour Collect In-Store Service.
