Doves Gluten Xanthan Gum is a Coeliac UK certified, gluten free binding agent used to improve crumb structure & reduce crumbling.
A common ingredient in gluten free baking, xanthan gum also provides elasticity and stickiness in doughs and batters.
In non-gluten free baking, gluten acts as a binding agent in flour, helping to hold onto moisture and improving structure. In the absence of gluten, gluten free xanthan gum can act as a substitute.

Tracking details will be sent via text or e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

- After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
- Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you
Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
