Directions for use:
As a food supplement, take two to three teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Viridian's 100% Organic Omega 3:6:9 Oil provides an excellent plant based source of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids.
Containing a 1:1 ratio of Omegas 3 and 6, this wonderfully versatile oil also contains Omega 9 from oleic acid.
This is an ideal nutritional oil for everyday use by the whole family. Also containing gamma linolenic acid (GLA) along with a broad spectrum of potent antioxidants. Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.
