Pure black garlic bulbs, peeled and ready to eat! Packed with nutritional benefits, black garlic also contains around twice the antioxidants of white garlic. With a flavour of sweet molasses balanced with a rich garlic undertone, black garlic can be used in a huge variety of recipes.
With a richer, more complex flavour than white garlic, black garlic also contains none of the garlic smell associated with garlic. This smell disappears naturally whilst the garlic undergoes fermentation. Fermented garlic further contains much more antioxidant properties making it an excellent addition to most diets.
