Natracare Ultra Pads are designed to be used on heavy menstrual flow days. Wing-free, slim-fitting pads entirely free from chlorine, perfumes and dyes.

Natracare sanitary range of tampons and pads was developed as a direct response to health and environmental concerns about dioxin pollution caused by chlorine bleaching, the extensive use of pesticide spraying on conventionally grown cotton, and the use of other synthetics in typical sanitary products.


Natracare Pads are made from only certified organic 100% cotton and are chlorine-free in addition to being free from synthetic materials, and chemical additives such as binders, fragrances and dyes.

The slim style of the Ultra pad is very discreet. The absorbent core absorbs the menstrual fluid and locks it away so that the soft organic cotton cover allows your skin to breathe while also keeping you dry.

Due to the nature of organic and natural materials used to make Natracare Pads, they're over 95% biodegradable and compostable. The absorbent core of the pad is made from FSC-certified pulp and the pad cover itself is certified organic 100% cotton. Each pad is individually wrapped in a biodegradable purse pack.
