Adults and children (1 year of age +):
Take 1 capsule daily with food, preferably breakfast, starting 3-5 days before your departure. Continue to use during your travels and for a few days after you return home. Drink plenty of water with your course of probiotics
if you find it difficult to, or you are unable to swallow capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled into cold food or drinks.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
