Adults and children (1 year and up):
Take 1 capsule daily with food. A maximum of 6 capsules can be taken daily, if needed. The dose should be lowered for young children.
If taking anti-fungals, take at least 2 hours apart. Drink plenty of water with your course of probiotics
if you find it difficult to, or you are unable to swallow capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled into cold food or drinks.
