Directions for Use:
Suitable for adults and children (from 4 year onwards) with the following recommendations:
Take 1 sachet daily with breakfast for a one week course, unless directed otherwise by your healthcare professional
Add 1 inch of water into a tall glass
Shake the sachet before gently sprinkling the powder into the glass
Don't use a spoon to stir, instead, swirl the water around in the glass until the powder is dissolved then drink
It is recommended that you take One week flat for 7 consecutive days. Many people find it helpful to take this 1 week course every month. However, it can be taken as often as desired.
