How to use essential oils
Dilute between 4-6 drops for every 20ml of carrier oil. For massage, bath, oil burners & diffusers.
Essential Oil Cautions:
It is advised that you only use diluted essential oils. Essential oils are highly concentrated & should be diluted e.g. in carrier oils before use.
For external use only. Do not take internally and avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 5 years old. Do not use essential oils during pregnancy without consulting your GP or healthcare professional.

Essential Oil Mix containing a blend of pure essential oils of Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Pine & Lemon bottled in the North East of Scotland by Balance Natural Health.
Suitable for use in diffusers, oil burners and baths. Also makes an excellent addition to massage oils - ensure you mix with a carrier oil before applying to skin as pure oils can cause skin irritation if used undiluted.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service.
Tracking details will be sent via text or e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

- Under the delivery options, select 'Collect In Store - Free'.
- After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
- Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you
Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
There may be instances where your chosen items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
