Medium Oatmeal is made by grinding the oat groats more finely than pinhead oatmeal, which results in the same thickness but with less oat definition. Medium Oatmeal makes delicious porridge and oatcakes but also works well as an addition to biscuits, cakes and breads.

Oats are an excellent way to start your day in style. Rich in plant-based protein and an excellent source of complex carbohydrates, oats also contain a type of soluble fibre called beta glucan. Beta glucan has been shown to support the maintenance and reduction of blood cholesterol levels.
