Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service.
Tracking details will be sent via text or e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)

I always use this colour to cover ALL my greys
Since having breast cancer in 2015, I have tried to lessen the harmful ingredients in the products I use. This hair colour always works, and actually does cover all the grey hair. The whole kit is easy to use, and if I am only doing the roots, I can get two colours out of the one box. I do get a professional hair colour at least every 6 months as well.
