Shake bottle well before use
Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provivded
Take preferably before a meal
Adults and children from 12 years of age: 20ml daily before a meal

Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
