How to use Olbas oil
Add a few drops of Olbas Oil to a handkerchief or pillow case at night Drop into a bowl of hot water and lean over it with a towel over your head to inhale the vapour Put a few drops on the bottom of the shower, or bath for a steam room effect

The essential oil blend used in Olbas Oil provides a strong, pleasant smell when exposed to air, giving off a vapour which rapidly relieves congestion to make breathing easier.
Applied to the skin, these oils produce a warm feeling and a local anaesthetic action which makes them particularly effective in providing symptomatic relief for muscular discomfort and rheumatic pain.
For use for inhalation purposes, Lane’s Olbas Oil is suitable for adults and children from 3 months. It is not recommended for children under 12 years for symptomatic relief of muscular pain.
