Directions for use:
Cleanse hair with Neutral/Scent Free Shampoo. Apply conditioner to wet hair and massage gently into the hair and scalp for one minute before rinsing thoroughly. For an intensive hair treatment, leave on hair for 10 minutes before rinsing.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service.
Tracking details will be sent via text or e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

- Under the delivery options, select 'Collect In Store - Free'.
- After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
- Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you
Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
There may be instances where your chosen items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
