Part of their Professional Range, Lamberts Glucosamine & Phytodroitin Complex (formerly Glucosamine & Chondroitin Complex) is a high-potency, plant-based glucosamine supplement with chondroitin sulphate, made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.
Both glucosamine and chondroitin are included at levels that have been used in clinical studies. Each tablet provides 467mg glucosamine sulphate (equivalent to 619mg glucosamine sulphate 2KCl) along with 110mg of phytodroitin- a plant-based chondroitin alternative.
It is also worth noting that many chondroitin supplements use preparations that contain just 20% chondroitin. You may find that a supplement declared as '400mg chondroitin sulphate' actually contains the equivalent of only 80mg of chondroitin sulphate.
