Directions for Use:
This product may be used in one of two ways:
At low doses FOS acts as a prebiotic and at larger doses FOS conditions the bowel and also helps maintain regularity.
Prebiotic dose:

Children 4 years & up: 2.5g/5g
To condition the bowel and help maintain regularity:
Initial 3 day Dose/Normal Full Dose/Max Daily Dose: Adults: 5g/15g/20g Children 4 years & up: 2.5g/5g/10g
Dissolve in hot drinks or sprinkle onto cereal. Alternatively simply take it ‘off the spoon’. Be sure to drink at least 2 litres of fluids a day.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service.
Tracking details will be sent via text or email when your order is dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday), excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service, but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

- Under the delivery options, select 'Collect In Store - Free'.
- After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
- Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you
Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
There may be instances where your chosen items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
