Made to a traditional Japanese method, Clearspring Shoyu Soya Sauce is a versatile seasoning made using whole soya beans. The ageing process undertaken results in a superior flavour that is both delicious and versatile.
Clearspring Shoya Sauce further contains organic whole soya beans rather than soy isolates, and roasted whole wheat - both of which are naturally fermented in cedarwood kegs.
Clearspring’s shoyu is made from fully certified organic ingredients and no artificial preservatives have been added. An exacting maturation process is undertaken in cedarwood kegs over two summers to ensure a moreish aroma and flavour that is highly regarded among connoisseurs of shoyu.
