Make kefir whenever you like with the very easy-to-use Nourish Kefir Starter Cultures. Each pack contains 2x3g sachets, each of which produces 1 litre of fresh kefir within around 24 hours.
Simply add the culture sachet to your choice of warm milk or milk alternative and leave it to work at room temperature. After the milk has set, the kefir can be left to cool in the fridge for a few hours – and that’s it! Your own fresh kefir on demand.
Each sachet will produce approximately 1 litre of kefir, and up to 4 ferments from this first litre will still provide billions of gut-friendly bacteria. Subsequent batches will become weaker after each fermentation.
