Great product, they really work
I love these gummies. I have been taking them for a few years now and they really seem to have improved the quality of my skin, hair and nails. Especially my nails - they are now really strong and can grow long without breaking. I would say that you need to take then for at least 3 months to notice a difference. I also, love the taste of these gummies. Would definitely recommend.
