How to use charcoal powder:
Adults & children over 12: Mix 1 level teaspoon in a glass of water, and drink immediately. Rinse with water to remove any residue.
For teeth whitening:
Place a small amount of charcoal powder into the palm of your hand. Wet toothbrush then dip into powder then gently brush for 2 minutes.
Afterwards, brush teeth again with water or toothpaste to remove residue.
