Also known as split mung beans, Moong Dhal is an excellent source of high quality, plant-based protein. Also rich in key vitamins and minerals, Moong Dhal also provides us with antioxidants and essential fatty acids which are known to be beneficial for health.
Moong dhal can be cooked without soaking but pre-soaking them for up to thirty minutes can significantly reduce cooking time.

Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

- After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
- Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you
Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
There may be instances where your chosen items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
