This creamy coloured fine milled flour has a relatively neutral flavour, making it ideal for both sweet and savoury dishes. It is great for use in puddings, biscuits and baked goods and can also be used to thicken sauces.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour service.
Tracking details will be sent via text or e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

- Under the delivery options, select 'Collect In Store - Free'.
- After payment, sit back and wait for your confirmation e-mail
- Pick up your order at a day or time that suits you
Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
