How to cook aduki beans:
Soak 100g of aduki beans in cold water for 9-12 hours. Rinse thoroughly then place in a pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil for approx. 10 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer for around 15-20 mins until beans are cooked through and tender
