Cooked red quinoa has a similar flavour profile to brown rice but has a texture more similar to cous cous. Because of this, most people tend to use red quinoa in place of rice or cous cous.
Easy to prepare and cook, red quinoa can be cooked plain, or prepared with vegetables and flavourings. It can also be sprinkled onto soups and salads as both a flavour and nutritional enhancer.

Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
