RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:

Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)
Children: 3-12 Years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)

WINTER DOSE:

Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
Children 3-12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily

Glucose Syrup, Black Elderberry Extract, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
