Pure marine collagen for joints

Collagen is a vital part of joint cartilage, responsible for its suppleness and flexibility. It helps form the shiny ‘cushions’ at the joint-ends that enable jointsto move smoothly and comfortably. Researchers believe, however, that we lose approximately 1.5% of our Collagen per year after the age of 25-30. CollaFlex Gold provides pure Marine Collagen, hydrolysed for easy absorption, as a nutritional support for joints.

Suggested intake: Take 3-10 tablets a day, with or between meals. A daily multivitamin/mineral and Vitamin C are also recommended.
