Exquisite and highly sought after, Scottish Blossom Honey has a soft, light flavour with a sweet, floral aroma. Anderson's Scottish Blossom Honey is gathered from a variety of sources, harvested throughout the summer months.
To make this single jar of honey, it is estimated that the bees have collected nectar from 1 million flowers, covering 27,000 miles to do so. Nectar has been collected from sources including clover, chestnut, lime, raspberry & willow.
to create a raw, unpasteurised honey with a striking flavour and beautiful texture.
