Sgaia Roast Ingredients:
Garlic & Rosemary Stuffing [Water, Vital Wheat Gluten, Breadcrumbs (Wheat flour, Salt, Yeast), Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Rosemary, Sage, Parsley, Smoked Garlic, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Vitamin B12, Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Passata, Beetroot Powder, Nutritional Yeast]; Meat-free Chicken Style Fillet [Water, Vital Wheat Gluten, Pea Protein, Rapeseed Oil, Medium Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Yeast Extract, Nutritional Yeast, Garlic, Salt].
Cooking Instructions
1. Unpack, then slice the product cold.
2. Heat a Tbsp of oil and a few splashes of water (don’t omit this!) in a non-stick pan.
3. Once hot - add the slices to the pan, and cook covered for about 3-4 minutes each side - or until they are soft and slightly browned. Top up with water and oil if the pan gets too dry.
4. Serve hot alongside roasted veggies!

The Local Home Delivery option will be available to you during checkout if your postcode is within our delivery radius. (AB10-AB25, AB32).
After processing your order, we'll e-mail you with a delivery time and ask you to confirm whether that time is suitable.
We aim to deliver your order the same day on orders processed by 3 pm (Monday to Saturday). Orders are usually delivered between 5-7 pm.
Occasionally this is not possible and we may have to offer a next-day delivery instead.
