Ingredients:
Each tablet contains 125mg of extract from Panicum miliaceum (millet) seeds, 125mg of extract from fresh Urtica dioica (stinging nettle) herb, brewer’s yeast powder and zinc citrate 3-hydrate. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and glycerol to 580mg.
1 tablet contains 3mg zinc.
2 tablets provides 40% of adult EC RDA*
Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets daily with food.
Children: This product should not be necessary for children.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
