Each 220mg tablet contains: Aniseed 23.4mg/ Caraway 8.1mg/ Centaury Herb 12.6mg/ Clove 8.1mg/ Nectar Hoyae carnosae 0.018mg/ Peppermint Leaf 12.6mg/ Senna Leaf 81.0mg/ Yarrow Herb 16.2mg. Also contains Cellulose, Sucrose and Wheat Starch

Directions
2-4 tablets to be taken before retiring, or as directed
