The key ingredient of Efalex is tuna oil, selected from a specific part of the fish due to the high DHA content. These oils are purified and do not contain levels of vitamin A and vitamin D typically found in fish liver oils. Directions for Use

Adults and children aged 5 years and over: 4 capsules daily with food or drink.
