Sprains mostly affect the tendons and ligaments. Most vulnerable joints are ankles, wrists, knees and fingers. In the case of mild sprains the joint remains functional with pain and swelling.
Arnica 6X tablets are recommended together with Ruta ointment applied externally.
Ingredients
100g contains: Ruta graveolens tincture (1=3) 15ml in a base containing Wool alcohols BP, Yellow Beeswax BP, Anhydrous Lanolin BP, Olive Oil BP and Sunflower Seed Oil.
Directions
ADULTS and CHILDREN: Apply to the affected part direct or on a dry dressing as required
