Alfred Vogel knew that the most effective way in which to benefit from Centaurium, known to herbalists as a ‘stomach bitter’ was to take it in liquid form. The organically grown plants used in this remedy are harvested just as they come into flower to create a sharp tasting tincture which Alfred Vogel recommended.

Ingredients:
100g of Fresh Plant Tincture (extracted in alcohol 66% by volume) typically contains the tincture of Centaurium umbellatum (Centaury) 100g

Directions for use:
Adults: 10-15 drops 3 times daily before meals, in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age 3 times daily before meals, in a little water.
